My husband and I tried the Stone House for the first time as a birthday adventure for me, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. We went during happy hour- amazing deals. Every drink and dish were so unique and enjoyable. We were excited to see rare mushroom dishes- a morel and asparagus small plate and a lion’s mane steak entree. Both totally blew us away. We also tried the chicken mole, white pizza, arancini, and strawberry tart. All of it was impeccable. We also enjoyed the two bartending women. They were excellent. Highly, highly recommend.

The Stonehouse Restaurant in Nevada City is a gem! They serve a local favorite, South Fork Vodka and GM Gin, in their cocktails. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered great recommendations. We enjoyed cocktails and tapas at the bar, and everything was absolutely incredible. We will definitely be coming back for dinner. Highly recommend!

The brightest, freshest flavors I’ve ever experienced! Each bite was better than the one before and we tried a lot of their menu. The star of the show was the Ube Pesto, and we had a star for entertainment too, with an acoustic set in the tavern area. Our server rocked, and the food came out quickly. We can’t wait to bring family to check out this amazing spot!
